Shipping Policy
We will courier orders every Friday using our selected courier partner.
When purchasing any of our products, please consider that delivery will take 1-3 business days from when we send the parcels. You will be issued a tracking number on the day of leaving our facilities. From then on, the buyers will be responsible for tracking the parcel and submitting queries directly to the courier company.
Please follow up with the courier company if you have not received your parcel within five working days. Making a payment will confirm that you agree to the above and will allow us sufficient time to prepare your order carefully.
Returns Policy
Faulty or damaged products
Should an item arrive damaged, we will refund you upon return of the order. The buyer should notify us immediately and return the items within 5-7 working days of receiving them.
